Dream it

  • We work with you to create a project brief, assess site conditions, and review any constraints. During this phase, we also analyze authority regulations and provide recommendations on fees and consultant appointments.

  • Concept design is the first step in the architectural process, where architects explore ideas and themes for a project. It sets the tone with creative guidelines and will be communicated through sketches, plans, or 3D renders to bring the vision to life.

  • At this stage, we’ll work closely with you and highly recommend engaging an external estimating service to ensure the project aligns with your budget and financial goals.

Develop it

  • If Development Approval is needed from the local municipality, we’ll prepare the required documents and assist with lodging the planning application. We collaborate with specialist consultants like Town Planners, Arborists, and Traffic Engineers to find the best solution.

  • Focusing on the details, we work closely with you and specialist consultants to refine the approved preliminary design into a final solution. If included in the scope, Interior Design can also begin at this stage.

  • We love being part of the process! From material selection and design to detailed drawings, we enjoy contributing every step of the way. Ask us how we can tailor this to suit your needs!

Build it

  • We prepare construction drawings and documentation needed for the Certifier and Builder.

  • Refinement is all in the details, and this stage adds that extra touch. We prepare highly detailed architectural drawings and documentation to a standard ready for the competitive contractor pricing process.

  • We can help with the tendering process, apply value management where needed, and assist with the signing and execution of the contract documents by all parties.

  • We’re able to conduct site inspections throughout the construction phase to monitor quality and progress, while also providing the builder with any necessary information and instructions.
